Surface Treatment
To make the color more glossy or matte, we would do surface finishing. Here, customer have different chooses as below:
Lamination: we can do matte lamination and glossy lamination, it can make the color stable , avoid scratching ,increase the tenacity.
Foil: we can do different color for the foil as you want, it can show the importance on the packaging.
UV : we can do sport UV and full set UV, it would make the package more glossy and top grade.
Gluing : It can glue the boxes and cards automatically.
Post press finishing
When we got the art from customer, we need to use this machine to make printing plate, so that it can be insert into the printing machine and printing,
Quality Inspection
To keep the quality, all the goods needs to do 100% inspection. From the material to finished product, our team would follow and spot check during each step. And do 100% inspection before delivery.
